Flux terms outline

This is a drafting and approval surface, not an effective agreement. It creates no customer obligations.

Owner/legal approval required: Every section below needs legal text, an effective date, and an approved acceptance mechanism before publication. Bracketed decisions must not be removed without a recorded decision.

1. Operator and acceptance

Flux is operated by Material Systems LLC. [LEGAL DECISION REQUIRED] Define who may use the service, when the terms are accepted, how updates are noticed, and the effective date.

2. Accounts and security

3. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Flux has decided monthly prices of $6 for Starter, $9 for Team, and $14 for Agent, but paid checkout is not live. 4. Customer content and public boards

Flux stores board content and uploaded files. A board owner on an eligible plan can make a board publicly readable by link. [LEGAL DECISION REQUIRED] Define content ownership, the limited license needed to operate the service, responsibility for sharing, takedown handling, export, and deletion.

5. API and acceptable use

Flux provides API tokens, documented REST operations, and agent-oriented queue operations. [OWNER/SECURITY/LEGAL DECISION REQUIRED] Define prohibited abuse, rate or resource limits, automation responsibilities, token revocation, and enforcement.

6. Availability, changes, and support

7. Suspension, termination, and data handling

8. Legal protections and disputes
